At the Ministry of Health headquarters, from October 18 to 20, 2023, Pharmacist Lok Saphy, Director of the Department of Drugs, Food, Medical Equipment, and Cosmetics, participated in the 7th ASEAN Health Cluster 4 (AHC4): Ensuring Food Safety meeting via video conference.

The three-day meeting gathered around 70 participants from ASEAN member states, including representatives from Timor-Leste, with the objective of discussing and reviewing progress, challenges, and solutions related to the implementation of AHC4’s work plan. The meeting also examined new initiatives to be integrated, such as the One Health Initiative.
